For the term-end dividend, the record date is the end of December each year.  If an interim dividend is paid, the record date is the end of June.

For dividends, please refer to the page of “Dividend.”

Please make an inquiry to either of the followings, depending on the type of the shareholder’s account.
● A shareholder having an account with a securities firm --- The securities firm you are dealing with.
● A shareholder registered in the special account --- The administrative agency for special accounts (i.e., Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation).
(Please note that the administrative agency for special accounts does not accept the dividend payment following the method (4) mentioned below.)

Please choose one of the following methods of receiving dividends.

1. Method of receiving the dividend with the “Receipt of Dividend” our company will send to you.
   You will receive it at the counter of the Head Office or branches of the Japan Post Bank or post offices (a bank agent).
2. Method of receiving it by designating an account to which the dividend should be credited.
3. Method of receiving dividends on all the issues held by the shareholder at one deposit account which had been designated beforehand.
4. Method of receiving it at an account with a securities firm.

 We would recommend receiving dividends by the fund transfer as mentioned in sections (2) through (4) above, as it would help you receive the dividend without fail.

In case where the dividend receiving period has elapsed, please make a request to the shareholder registry administrator, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation.
If you have the Receipt of Dividend with you, please affix your seal of receipt to it, fill in the blanks for designating the method of transfer on its backside, and send it to Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation.
We would recommend your taking necessary procedures at an early date as, if three years have passed since the date of starting the payment, we will be unable to pay it due to the provisions in our Articles of Incorporation.

We hold our Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders late in March each year.
We send out our notice of the meeting early in March.

We send out notice of the General Meeting of Shareholders/letter of exercising voting rights to our shareholders (holding 100 or more shares) registered in the shareholders registry as of the day to which the record date for the General Meeting of Shareholders belongs.  You will be able to exercise the voting rights in any one of the methods mentioned below.

1. You will attend the General Meeting of Shareholders carrying the letter of exercising.
2. You will specify in the letter of exercising as to whether you approve or disapprove the subject and return it to us.
3. You will access the voting right exercise Website page in the Internet site about which the letter of exercising will inform you and take a vote on the subject.

We do not implement the system of corporate distribution of gifts to shareholders.
